Since milk teeth should remain in the mouth until the permanent teeth come, the teeth should be cleaned with gauze or a soft toothbrush from the 6th month when the first teeth start to erupt. Mild fever, rash and discomfort around the mouth are normal during the eruption periods. To reduce these symptoms, light massage, gingiva scratches and various pomade derivative drugs can be applied to the gums.
The first teeth are usually the lower anterior incisors and they start to erupt around the 6th month. The eruption of all milk teeth should be completed in the 24th month and there should be a total of 20 teeth in the mouth.

To avoid this situation, sugar or honey should not be added to the bottle and long-term contact of the child with a liquid other than water should be prevented.
